jets9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Eligibility

To register and use jets9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jets9 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an account that has been suspended or closed by jets9 for any reason.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. False registration details are grounds for immediate account termination.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jets9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jets9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to be aware of any fees charged by your chosen payment method.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on jets9:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded with deduction of any applicable processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to your jets9 balance in real time. In the event of a technical issue causing a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jets9 account. jets9 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed in full before the associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jets9 processes withdrawal requests during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within a few hours of approval.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jets9. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with jets9 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or fair operation of the platform or any game offered on it.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering) to fund your jets9 account or make bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment account that does not belong to you.

jets9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies where required by applicable law. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime, fraud, or other illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation, and all information relating to that account may be disclosed to relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jets9 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. jets9's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your jets9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Specific exclusions of liability include:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Technical failures, errors in software provided by third-party game providers, or connectivity issues affecting your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to your account where you have not notified jets9 in a timely manner.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

jets9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jets9 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the binding version in all circumstances. These Terms are intended to be read and applied in the context of Bangladesh and the needs of Bangladesh players. jets9 does not make representations about the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jets9 is lawful in your location before registering an account.
